Steps

1. Cut squash in half and remove seeds.

2. Place in baking dish, cut side down. Bake at 325° F for 1 hour or until tender.
3. Remove from the oven. Scoop out the squash and place in bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Mash together until smooth.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
