    The physical activity guidelines recommends that adults be physically active for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes each week- children need 60 minutes a day! Finding a healthy eating plan along with regular physical activity will lead towards a healthier lifestyle. We will be at London Towers housing complex sharing this information along with demonstrating how to prepare a cranberry walnut coleslaw.
