July Harvest of the Month is Peaches! The Peach Cooler smoothie is a great way to cool off and also is less than 5 ingredients and easy to make!





  • 1/3 cup of nonfat dry milk
  • 1 cup frozen peaches, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice or (juice from one whole orange)
