Pumpkin smoothie in a cup is a great tasting easy to make smoothie with less than 5 ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2⁄3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or 1 container (6 ounces)
  • 4 Tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve.
