Get the great Mexican flavor with this Black Bean wrap and stuff it full of vegetables!



  • 2 cups of cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup loaw fat shredded cheese
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown or white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 4 flour tortillas

  1. In a medium bowl combine black beans, cheese, salsa and rice
  2. Top each tortilla with 3/4 cup of black bean mixture and some lettuce
  3. Roll up tortillas and slice in half to serve
  4. Refrigerate leftovers
