Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups of corn, fresh or cooked, frozen and drained
  • 3 small tomatoes, diced (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup of fat free italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup of fresh minced basil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours
